Born from a saxophonist father and from Mantes-la-ville (France), home of the famous Henri Selmer saxophone factory, Fred “fell into it as a child”. Trained in classical and jazz, he naturally turned to contemporary music (funk, soul, house). Fred feels at home in all registers, inspired as much by jazzmen like David Sanborn or Maceo Parker as by artists like Jimmy Sax. He knows how to subtly add the sound of his instrument to the atmosphere created by DJs.
